On-line hypnotherapy? 

On-line solution-focused hypnotherapy works very well when you find the right hypnotherapist, someone you like and trust.  On-line sessions enabled clients to have hypnotherapy during the Covid lockdown and, I think,  most hypnotherapists and clients were surprised and pleased by how effective therapy is when done on-line.
